With over 35 years of experience in the Geneva Lakes market, Chris has personally helped more than 1,300 families buy and sell property - giving him unmatched insight that directly benefits every client.
After owning his own RE/MAX company for 17 years, Chris spent the next 11 years as Broker and VP of Operations for one of the largest brokerages in Walworth County - overseeing 7 offices, 80 agents, and nearly 20,000 transactions.
He's well versed in every area of the residential market, including lake rights for Geneva Lake, Delavan Lake, Lauderdale Lakes, Twin & Power Lakes, Whitewater Lake, and Lake Beulah - plus developments like Abbey Springs and Geneva National.
When Covid hit, Chris started Legendary Real Estate Services to get back in the trenches doing what he loves most: helping people directly with the attention to detail and personal advice that only decades of experience can offer.

Before real estate, Jade served as a U.S. Marine Corps officer completing two tours in Iraq. She holds a B.S. in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and a Real Estate Investment Graduate Certificate from Harvard Extension School.
She's spent years in high-pressure environments where every move mattered. She thrives where others hesitate. Real estate isn't just about showing homes - it's about orchestrating outcomes, anticipating challenges, reading people and data, and knowing when to push or pivot.
Beyond the brokerage, Jade is Post Commander of American Legion Post 327 in Lyons and leads the Armed Women of America Southeast Wisconsin chapter - reinforcing her commitment to leadership and community service.
